What information do we collect?
We use Google Analytics to collect data about visitors to our website. The data collected is generic, such as what device you are using, what pages you reviewed and how long you stayed on our website. No direct personal data such as your name, address etc is collected through this process.
When you use our contact form or email us directly, your details are sent to our company email address, where a member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements. If you decide to decline our services we delete your details.
How will we use the information about us?
Customers of Manuel London Driving School personal details are stored on a secure database. They are used for communication purposes only, such as booking lessons, informing you of changes to your lessons and to book your driving test etc. Your minimal personal details, with your consent, will be passed over to one of our driving instructors to make contact and book lessons. Manuel London Driving School will NOT share your information for any purposes.
Marketing
We do not send any marketing emails, texts or calls to private individuals, employees or suppliers.
We ask permission to take photographs of successful pupils, holding up their certificate so that we can publish on our website, to promote our services and ask for a testimonial at the pupils discretion.
Storage of personal data
Your data is stored on a secure database. All data relating to prospects is deleted after confirmation of not using our services. All data relating to customers/pupils will be held for 30 days after passing their driving test and then deleted. No sensitive data regarding customer financial payments are required or ever recorded or stored by Manuel London Driving School. Manuel Basilio is the owner of this website and is the Data Controller under the Data Protection Act.
